Therefore, Lumeno Media does not guarantee #1 rankings, specific traffic numbers, or immediate results. SEO is a long-term investment strategy.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement or invoice. Generally, services are billed monthly. Refunds are not typically provided for work already performed, but we will work with you to resolve any dissatisfaction.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content created for your website as part of our services belongs to you upon full payment. The methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes used by Lumeno Media remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Lumeno Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
